Description
Le Qi Gong, branche de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise, est un art énergétique visant à préserver la santé, cultiver la longévité et maintenir la vitalité. Il se pratique à travers des mouvements lents, des postures statiques modérées, des auto-massages et des exercices de respiration consciente, favorisant la circulation sanguine et énergétique.
La pratique régulière du Qi Gong assouplit les articulations, renforce le corps, et contribue à équilibrer les émotions tout en favorisant le calme intérieur. Se reconnecter à son corps et à sa respiration permet de retrouver son centre, d’accéder à la plénitude et de vivre plus sereinement le quotidien.
Au-delà du bien-être physique et mental, le Qi Gong est une quête profonde de l’épanouissement personnel, touchant les dimensions physique, émotionnelle et spirituelle de l’être.
